Emily Ricca

Professional ballet artist, choreographer, and educator—performing on stages nationally and internationally, and bringing live dance into communities to enlighten, inspire, and engage.

A note from Emily

Every aspect of my work is about restoring connection through art—at a time when society is increasingly defined by technology and disconnection. Throughout history, civilizations have flourished through art and human connection.

Artistic vision

At the heart of Emily’s work is a belief that dance is both an art form and a bridge between people.

Whether performing classical repertoire on stage, choreographing new works, teaching young dancers, or sharing ballet in classrooms and community environments, Emily approaches every performance with the same goal: to offer dance performed with heart, soul, and artistic excellence.

She continues to explore new ways of bringing classical ballet to diverse audiences, enriching communities through the beauty, history, and human connection found in live performance.

Emily currently lives and works in Miami, Florida.

To enlighten, inspire, and engage

A significant part of Emily's work focuses on bringing ballet into community environments where live classical dance is rarely experienced. Through this outreach, Emily creates intimate performances that transform traditional audience relationships — bringing professional ballet directly into senior living communities nationwide.

These performances often become meaningful moments of memory, laughter, and connection, reminding audiences of the necessity of the arts at every stage of life.

Her work in senior living communities has reached hundreds of audiences across the United States, including performances in:

  • Miami, Fort Lauderdale & Southeast Florida

  • Tulsa, St. Louis, Omaha & Denver

  • Sioux Falls & Rapid City (SD), Whitefish, Billings & Bozeman (MT)

  • Dallas, Scottsdale & Phoenix

  • New York City & Washington, D.C.

There are two ways to support Emily's work—a direct contribution via GoFundMe, or a tax-deductible donation through Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) public charity that sponsors arts missions like hers.

Donations given through Fractured Atlas are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
