Artistic vision
At the heart of Emily’s work is a belief that dance is both an art form and a bridge between people.
Whether performing classical repertoire on stage, choreographing new works, teaching young dancers, or sharing ballet in classrooms and community environments, Emily approaches every performance with the same goal: to offer dance performed with heart, soul, and artistic excellence.
She continues to explore new ways of bringing classical ballet to diverse audiences, enriching communities through the beauty, history, and human connection found in live performance.
Emily currently lives and works in Miami, Florida.

A significant part of The Emily Ricca Dance Project focuses on bringing ballet into community environments where live classical dance is rarely experienced. Through this outreach, Emily creates intimate performances that transform traditional audience relationships—bringing professional ballet directly into senior living communities nationwide.
These performances often become meaningful moments of memory, laughter, and connection, reminding audiences of the necessity of the arts at every stage of life.
